First Fridays – Astronomy: A Year In Review

From Juno orbiting Jupiter, to the discoveries of the LIGO labs, to news in dark matter in the early universe, 2017 has been an interesting year in astronomy. There have been strange extra solar planetary systems discovered and news from Pluto continues to stream in. If you’re interested in astronomical discoveries or if you would like to hear these discoveries explained in layman’s terms, this is the talk for you. Includes 7:00 pm showing of Cosmic Christmas..
