The past success of the festival has helped the Basilica of St. Mary to purchase five and a half acres on festival grounds upon which the proposed Mariam Center project (a retirement and assisted living community) will be constructed. The Michigan Fun Fest will be partnering with local organizations and educational institutions, so the festival will truly benefit the entire community.

The Festival will take place on Merriman Road – between Six and Seven Mile – in Livonia, and will feature exciting entertainment that includes multiple carnival rides, a casino, lots of live music, and many vendors featuring food booths with fresh exotic offerings. It will be a great time for the entire family!

The festival is a multicultural celebration that ties our neighboring cities together by offering an experience that is like no other in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. It is estimated that 20,000+ people attended the festival last year.

Enjoy fresh food fresh off the grill made right in front of you!  We offer fresh mediterranean food with succulent meats grilled fresh at the festival.  Also available is An outdoor bar is  available for drinks.
