Teens Summer Intensive- performance

Pre-requisite: Actors Gym or prior performance experience
This class gives teens a unique opportunity to work on a non-musical production directed by a local professional director. Teens build upon their acting skills and add to them important production skills such as ensemble building, rehearsal and performance, and performing in front of a live audience. Students will improve their public speaking skills and learn the value of teamwork, communication, and confidence as they tackle interesting characters from an authentic script and build a character arc throughout a full production. Students will be taken through the audition process and collaborate together in rehearsals in preparation to shine onstage in a full production performance in front of family and friends.
