Join us for Leslie Science & Nature Center's beloved non-scary fall celebration: Animal Haunts!
Our autumn celebration returns and this year, our live, animal ambassadors take center stage! Meet live nocturnal animals up close including bats, owls, spiders, and more. Perform spooky, slimy, science experiments, or stay warm by our campfire. Then, earn prizes as you complete a scavenger hunt through the woods, searching for clues of animals that thrive in the dark. Don't forget to come in costume and bring a bag to use as you collect non-candy prizes at each station!
This is a candy-free, non-spooky event for families. This year will look a little different than the past, but will still be full of autumnal animal fun!

Note: Participants may stay for the whole event, but arrival times are staggered to help keep participants spaced while exploring indoor activities. Masks for participants 2 years and older are required, regardless of vaccination status.
