CHEER-NASTICS (ages 5+) focuses on cheer skills, drills & jumps, tumbling (cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks) and dance technique. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Participants will be evaluated for proper class placement and split into classes based on age AND skill level.
