Family Yoga (ages: 10yrs-adults)
Looking for a way to unwind with your teen or tween? Our Family Yoga Slow Flow class guides you through a sequence of gentle slow-flowing poses designed to help relieve stress and tension in the body. Syncing breath to movement, we will mindfully move through postures that encourage the mind and body to find balance and calm, preparing you for a peaceful night’s sleep. This class is open to all levels ages 10 & up.
