HOME SCHOOL PROGRAM SERIES LEVEL I is designed for children 6 – 10 years old. HOME SCHOOL PROGRAM SERIES LEVEL II is designed for children 11 – 15 years old. In these monthly programs we will cover topics through discussion, projects, a hike and/or hands-on activities. Pre-registration is required.

HOME SCHOOL PROGRAM SERIES LEVEL I is designed for children 6 – 10 years old. HOME SCHOOL PROGRAM SERIES LEVEL II is designed for children 11 – 15 years old. In these monthly programs we will cover topics through discussion, projects, a hike and/or hands-on activities. Pre-registration is required.
We will hike along the wetland paths and look for a variety of seeds such as acorns, exploding jewelweed, billowing milkweed, and barbed cocklebur just to name a few. We will discuss the main seed dispersal methods – water, wind, animal and mechanical!
Pre-registration is required. If we do not have a minimum of 10 people registered the event will be canceled. Call 734-654-1220 to pre-register. Fee is $6 per child, $2 per adult.
