Kids Self Defense
Enroll your child in the Ann Arbor JCC's Kids Self Defense and Awareness Classes as part of our new Safety Series! Starting October 20, classes will take place on Mondays from 6-7 PM and run for 5 weeks.
Your child will learn important skills such as:
- Situational awareness
- Avoidance strategies
- Basic self-defense techniques
- Confidence-building exercises
- Role-playing, drills, and games
