Join us for a fun and refreshing Mother’s Day Yoga class. Participants are more than welcome to bring multiple family members. All experience levels will be accommodated. We hope to see you there!

Join us for a fun and refreshing Mother’s Day Yoga class. Our most experienced yoga instructor, Deepa will lead the class through a variety of poses and sequences, incorporating partner poses and other mother-daughter activities throughout the class. Participants are more than welcome to bring multiple family members. All experience levels will be accommodated. We hope to see you there!
