Preschool Glow-in-the-Dark Party at Royal Oak Public Library

On Wednesday, July 17 at 2:00 pm, children ages 3 to 6 are invited to a party where when the lights go down, the fun turns up! Glow-in-the-dark painting, games, sensory bins and more are all part of the bioluminescent celebration.
