Saturday Sampler Tour: University of Michigan Excavations at the Kelsey

Approximately half of the Kelsey Museum's collections come from archaeological excavations around the Mediterranean and Middle East. Learn more about the early excavations at Karanis, Egypt; Soknopaiou Nesos, Egypt; Seleucia on the Tigris, Iraq; Carthage, Tunisia; and Sepphoris, Israel. Plus, visit the special exhibition "Graffiti as Devotion along the Nile" to learn more about the University of Michigan field project in Sudan!

Saturday Sampler tours are free and open to all visitors.
