Swift Nights Out at Washtenaw Audubon Society

Chimney Swifts are a species in steep decline, that shares our cities and towns with us, nesting and roosting in chimneys. Let's pick our favorite roosts and count them, as night falls, and the birds pile into the chimney.

This is a perfect event for folks to enjoy birds and still stay socially distant and avoid large groups. Only one family group will count at each roost. Sign up below. Locations are subject to change, just as the Swifts can change where they prefer to roost.
