Teen Sugar Skull craft program at Royal Oak Public Library

On Thursday, November 1 at 6:30 pm middle and high school students are invited to decorate sugar skulls for Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with colorful frosting and sugars, and make some traditional crafts, too! Materials provided.
