Don't let yourself burn out during your dance team or drill team camps. Get in shape and improve your technique in our dance team oriented conditioning class. We are online and have tips and exercises to teach that can be done in your home. We focus on core abdominal muscles, toning arms and legs, stretching to improve leaps and splits, turns, and more!
Six week course on Wednesdays beginning June 24th.
