A Museum Educator, primary sources, and interesting content is a winning instructional combination. These programs are typically taught to elementary and middle school audiences, but we invite anyone who is looking for an enriching and fun experience to connect with us.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Who was the 17th Century French explorer La Salle? How did the sinking of his ship, La Belle, change the history of Texas? What technological innovations were used to excavate and conserve this ship and its artifacts for over 300 years? Discover the answers to these questions by examining the artifacts found on the ship with a Museum Educator.

BONUS: The exhibit curator will be joining the livestream for a special Q and A session!
