Big Boy Arena is a 20,000-square-foot ice center and entertainment venue offering five rinks for hockey, figure skating, inline skating, camps, clinics, private lessons, leagues, and special events.
The Bittersweet Ski School offers private and group lessons in skiing and snowboarding for both adults and children. Learning the basics of skiing or boarding before you hit the hill will make the whole experience safer and more enjoyable. Take a look at our group and private classes to see what works for you. Canton Township along with several Canton Youth Sport Organization offers resident children and youth an opportunity to learn, play, and compete in many sports.
Programs are planned seasonally. Recreation guides are released tentatively in February, May, August, and November. Registration begins on a set date each season to allow time for all to see available programming when the Recreation Guide is released.
Clonlara has afternoon enrichment classes between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. that are open to homeschoolers and other local area students. Classes include art, sports, music, theater, STEM, and more!

This 7-practice/6-game season held on Sundays is a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed format (Except Romeo All Girls League). We try to limit teams to 10-11 players to maximize playing time. This is an exceptional program for first-time player

Stars & Stripes Athletics offers year-round instructional classes in the areas of Gymnastics, Tumbling and Ninja Warrior in addition to Private Training, Skill Clinics and Performance Training (Athlete+). All instruction provides a goal-oriented, progressive curriculum. Instructional programs, clinics and performance training have specific criteria for each type of class and/or clinic while private training can be tailored to the needs of the individual athlete.

A fun-filled weekend daily program for your children. Groups organized by age and ability (ages 5-12 for ski lessons and 7 -12 for snowboard lessons). Lifts, rental, lesson, lunch and hot chocolate break, Saturdays and /or Sundays, all season long.
Join us in various activities that are fun for all ages. We will have free Zumba and U-Jam classes (kids and adults), rock climbing, 5K (Run or walk), Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the construction of a giant balloon sculpture, and much more!

We offer more NRA-sanctioned firearm training courses than any other club in the area. We take pride in our place in the community, and we support youth education programs that introduce youngsters to the great outdoors and shooting sports.

The Ann Arbor Parks and Recreation Services Instructional Skating Program is an official participant of the Learn to Skate USA Program sponsored by the US Figure Skating Association. This is a series of nationally administered badge tests used to measure skating skills. The tests provide a noncompetitive way of measuring skating skills and a feeling of self-achievement. All students in our kinderskate, beginner, intermediate and advanced classes will be tested on the badge skills and awarded badges when the skills have been successfully completed. Badge testing for adults is optional. All participants will have several chances to demonstrate each skill that must be mastered before moving to the next level.
