Join the First Saturday Expressive Arts Open Studio, either online or in person/in-studio, to unleash your creativity. If you're new to Expressive Arts and Meditative Creativity, you can find more information on Sasha's blog HERE.
Sasha, a certified expressive art facilitator, certified art teacher, and artist, leads each session, welcoming all experience levels. Whether it's images, sound, intuition, poetry, or journaling, you'll create art that reflects your true self. Each month brings a new theme to explore. Sessions include an introduction to the theme, a warm-up activity, time to work in your preferred medium, and an opportunity to share and witness each other's process.
This workshop is not therapy, but it's designed for personal growth and self-care. After registration at THIS LINK, online participants will receive a Zoom link. All materials are provided to in-person participants, while distant participants may use whatever material they have on hand.
