Humane Society of Huron ValleySensory Story Time
Ideal for littles and their caregivers, Sensory Story Time is a welcoming space for neurodivergent children. Activities are geared toward ages 2-5, but all ages encouraged. Includes story read-alouds, a shelter tour, craft, and an animal meet-and-greet, and modifications include low lighting, ample space for movement and sensory play activities. Select Tuesdays 10-11 a.m. at the Humane Society of Huron Valley (3100 Cherry Hill Rd, Ann Arbor). Pre-registration required; go to hshv.org/sensorystorytime. $5/child; up to 2 adults/children under age 1 free.
