Brain Science Discovery Day
*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 03/21/2015
Join UMMNH for a day devoted to learning about the brain. Explore how the brain works, how it interprets the world and whether those brain-training apps are really worthwhile. Enjoy a day filled with fun activities, demonstrations and more.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
As part of a day-long program devoted to exploring the science of the human brain, the Museum's Planetarium will run short, free demonstrations. Visit the dome as we show the inner working of the brain, using software called Neurodome. A live presenter will take you on a short tour of the brain. All ages admitted.
Demonstrations on March 21 are free.
*Times, dates, and prices of any activity posted to our calendars are subject to change. Please be sure to click through directly to the organization’s website to verify.
