Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Walk - Sterling Heights City Hall

The Sterling Heights Ethnic Community Committee invites the community to join them for their first ever Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Walk on Monday, Jan. 20 at 10 a.m. The event will feature opening remarks from our guest speaker Dr. Tariq Cummings, a performance from Second Ebenezer Church, light refreshments, and a short walk through our community starting and ending at City Hall.

Depending on weather and temperature outside, the walk will be shortened for the safety of all participants.
If you'd like to participate in the ceremony only, please join us at 10:30 a.m. in Council Chambers inside City Hall, accessible through the North entrance off of Utica Rd.
All residents are invited to join us for this special commemorative walk.
