History of the George Landis Arboretum

Join Arboretum historian Lee Lattimer for a PowerPoint presentation highlighting the Arboretum’s founder, Fred Lape, and other principals in the Arboretum’s history, including George Landis. The presentation will begin with the Lape family and their home, Oak Nose Farm, then trace the development of the Arboretum since its inception in 1951 to the present day. Questions are welcome.
