Movie Maker™ and most phone cameras.  Participants should have a digital camera that exports .avi files, as most do.  Partcipants will learn enough to be able to produce a short film promoting our Teen Summer Reading program for our contest in April and May.  Bringing a windows based laptop will help but is not necessary.
