Your campers will be exploring Huron Meadows Metropark as they pond dip for small critters, fish the Huron River, build a shelter, and journey through the trails in search of animals.

During this camp, we’ll be exploring Huron Meadows Metropark. Grab one of our nets to discover and catch the critters found in ponds. Then explore the Huron River by dipping a fishing pole in to catch the fish living there. Finally, we’ll journey through the trail to spot animals and the signs they leave behind. Campers will get outside and not only walk through, but truly explore the park. Campers will need to bring a lunch and a water bottle. We will be meeting at Cedar Ridge picnic shelter in Huron Meadows Metropark. Please preregister, 734-426-8211.
