Self Defense & Safety Camp

Have fun and learn to be safe at the same time! Learn self-defense skills that will help protect you and gain the confidence to use the skills appropriately. Develop your skills with demonstrations, games, cartoons, and practice on an instructor wearing a padded suit. We are here to help you understand fire safety, how and when to use 911, stranger awareness, drug resistance, gun accident prevention, and more! Please bring a water bottle and nut-free snack to fuel your body.
