Join Stand with Trans for the return of our annual family picnic! For 10 years, the Stand with Trans Family Picnic has been the heart of our community — a joyful, in-person tradition that brings together trans youth, families, and allies from across Metro Detroit and beyond. This gathering remains a powerful reminder of the importance of connection, visibility, and celebration.
We’ll have free food, games, activities, giveaways, and plenty more to engage and delight the whole family! Come out and enjoy a fun, affirming afternoon with your community. This event is open to all ages, and we’re aiming to make this our biggest and most joyful picnic yet.
Please note: The park does not allow dogs or alcohol on-site.
We can’t wait to see you there — let’s celebrate 10 years of community, pride, and resilience together!
