On Monday, June 24, 12:00-4:00 pm, kids ages 5 to 11 are invited to an afternoon of science fun! Participants will have opportunities to build a model solar system, make messy craters, and learn about the sun, planets, asteroids, comets, and more.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Our SkyGuide is Michael Foerster, NASA educator and Cranbrook Astronomer. Drop in during the four hours, but be sure to allow enough time to try various activities.

No registration is required. Visit ropl.org or call the Youth Reference Desk at 248-246-3725 to sign-up for this free program.

*Times, dates, and prices of any activity posted to our calendars are subject to change. Please be sure to click through directly to the organization’s website to verify.
