Here's some information about the event! This year Touch-A-Truck will take place on August 22nd from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm at Greenmead Historical Park. The event includes a collection of trucks and attractions from around the community. We present vehicles such as police cars, fire trucks, helicopters, race cars and more! Additionally, many organizations attend to make this event even more fun, some of the organizations that attended last are ShelterBox, Sunset District Boy Scouts of America, and Livonia Robotics. Touch-A-Truck is aimed towards children and their families, but people of all ages are encouraged to attend as well! There is a $5 per family fee, the proceeds made are donated to local charities and organizations. Last year we raised close to $11,000, which we used to donate to groups such as ShelterBox, Livonia Police Department, Livonia Fire Department and many more!
