In our Visitor’s Center, get a hands-on experience with live animals and learn how flora and fauna coexist in a healthy ecosystem. Individuals, families, groups and schools can enjoy a variety of interpretive programs including: field trips, summer camps, scout, homeschool, educational and holiday programs.
We have free nature themed open house events on the 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday of the month (subject to substitution when conflicting with federal holidays). Each open house explores a nature topic with a craft, artifacts, and outside activity.
Pre-registration is required for all programs (including free programs). For safety during this time, please have your face covering and consider bringing hand sanitizer when you attend the program.
