A PREMIER ACTING SCHOOL

The Michigan Actors Studio is one of the premier acting schools in the country. Located in Ferndale Michigan, the school offers a full schedule of classes four semesters a year, along with many diverse workshops. A state licensed acting school, MAS also offers 2 year certificate programs as well as private coaching and is the Detroit home of the famed Comedy Sportz Improv Show. Our teachers have worked at of some of the most renowned theatre institutions in the world including: The Actors Studio, The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, The Purple Rose, The Second City, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The National Lampoon and The Improv Olympic.

You won’t find a more diverse studio anywhere in the area. Beginner and professional classes are available.
