The Michigan Science Center (Mi-Sci) is a Smithsonian-Affiliated science museum in Detroit, Michigan. The mission of the Michigan Science Center is to inspire curious minds of all ages to discover, explore and appreciate science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) in a creative, dynamic learning environment. With over 220+ interactive exhibits, dynamic live stage shows and demonstrations, theater shows and special exhibits, Mi-Sci puts guests at the center of science every day!

The Michigan Science Center features over 220 interactive exhibits throughout three floors. Our exhibit galleries focuse on life, space, engineering, physical science, and more.
LIVE SHOWS AND DEMONSTRATIONS
Our live shows and demonstrations bring science to life! All stage shows and interactive lab activities rotate monthly and are included in the price of admission and happen throughout the day.
Bring the wonder of MiSci to your community! Our Aramco Traveling Science Program will put you at the center of science through engaging science workshops, group presentations and interactive experiences that will inspire learners of all ages.
Reservations are now open for group visits and field trips! These self-guided museum experiences allow for groups of 20 or more to discover the wonder of MiSci at our affordable group rate. Our Guest Relations team will work with you to plan an unforgettable visit perfect for your group!
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Coming soon! Celebrate another trip around the sun with MiSci! You and your guests will explore our 220+ exhibits, including our newest traveling exhibit Math Alive!, enjoy live science demonstrations and interactive lab activities, while celebrating in style in a private party room. Packages include general admission for party guests, reserved party space, a private science experience, and a special birthday gift from MiSci.
